AsAn Active Member Of This Team, You Will... * Help define and refinethe software development practices that make our team effective * Writeclean, maintainable, and testable code with an eye towards observabilityand resilience * Work alongside more senior engineers on the team togive you the opportunity to level up and own larger epics * Work withcross-functional team members and stakeholders to decide on the visionand scope of your product area * Work with Management, ProductEngineering, and Operations to plan and forecast quarterly goals thatinclude a mix of tech debt, bug fixes, and new features * Champion theentire software development lifecycle from requirements and design totesting, deployment, and production support/monitoring * Take on newadventures across the full-stack as we continue to push Cribl Cloudforward * Share on-call and take part in team that embraces a model ofservice ownership If You\'ve Got It - We Want It * Must be able towrite clean, maintainable, and testable code (ideally Node.js/TypeScriptbut is flexible) * Can work in a complex development environment,especially in large-scale highly available distributed systems and SaaSplatforms * Can develop resilient and scalable backend services on anymajor cloud provider, preferably AWS * Knowledge of and experiencedeveloping RESTful API\'s and interfaces that are secure and intuitive* Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, linux, and distributedsystems * Knowledge of secure web development practices withtroubleshooting complex application workflows and performance tuning *Experience using assertion frameworks and tools like Mocha, Cypress,Jest to automate regression checks * You are self starter, minimalsupervision and track record of learning quickly * Cares about detailsand is dedicated to elegant and high quality software PreferredQualifications: * You enjoy working with other Engineers who aresuccessful and are fulfilled through the success of helping others *In-depth experience with CI/CD pipelines such as BitBucket, Jenkins,CircleCI, etc * Broad range of experience implementing various clouddesign patterns * Experience with serverless / lambda basedimplementations * No fear!
