Summary
The Onboarding Associate is responsible for supporting post-offer employment screening activities for candidates in the Onboarding process. Supports with a primary focus on compliance and superior customer service, while representing professionalism within all relationships.
Essential Job Functions:
Deliver an excellent customer service experience to employees
Ensure all potential employees adhere to pre-employment screen guidelines and are removed from the process if they are not compliant
Oversee and manage candidate background and drug testing
Perform a virtual review of employment documents in support of Form I9 requirements
Manage candidate pre-employment documents and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents are completed
Ensure accurate and timely entry of candidate data, onboarding process updates, and all other required documentation within the onboarding and compliance process
Document all candidate touchpoints and communicate updates in a timely manner
Support issue resolution with regards to the Onboarding process, including working closely with Recruiting partners to communicate required activities that need to happen and interacting with candidate for the required follow-ups with a goal of ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction and timeliness
Partner with HR, Employee Support Group and Operations teams to resolve employee issues
Use Salesforce case management tool for supporting employee phone and email inquires

Job Requirements:
2 + years’ experience in a customer service-related position
Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
Strong work ethic, personal integrity and character, positive attitude
Work in-office in Jacksonville, FL with the option to be remote on Friday
