Senior Full Stack Developer

　　Passion Equip

　　OBJECTIVE

　　The aim of Passion Equip is to create innovative digital products and experiences to help people around the world in their daily walks with Jesus. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be the first software engineering role for Passion Equip, and is responsible for prototyping, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end solutions. This strategic role will help create and shape the technical landscape for a portfolio of future web and mobile experiences.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Builds and maintains web and mobile applications, tooling and integrations for Passion Equip

　　Be involved in all aspects of software engineering—playing a critical role in design, planning, deployment, and maintenance of products and new features

　　Use technical knowledge, problem solving skills, and creativity to provide innovative solutions using latest industry tool

　　Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical teammates

　　Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers

　　Lead interactions and strategy with any technical third party contracted solution

　　Coordinate with Passion's central service teams to ensure best practices and shared resources

　　Help build, grow, and mentor the software engineering team

　　Managing Director, Passion Publishing

　　AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

　　Expert in (6+ years) front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5

　　Experienced with React and React Native development

　　Has developed, deployed, and maintained production mobile app(s) with over 100k users

　　High proficiency with source control including Git

　　Experienced with front end site performance profiling and tuning, and modern DevOps tooling

　　Experienced with internal and external API's requesting data and updating application state

　　Has led and mentored software engineering teams
