Swan Bay Resort is looking for an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing and events initiatives. This includes developing marketing plans, coordinating events, managing budgets, and overseeing promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. This position is Full-time, year-round, and on-site. Pay based upon experience, hours include some weekends and Holidays during peak season (May-Oct) as this is a Seasonal Park. Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics.Research and develop targeted lists of potential customers and partners for outreach efforts.Manage social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content that aligns with campaign goals.Write and edit marketing collateral such as case studies, blog posts, press releases, and email newsletters.Managing all Google accounts - Email, Analytics, Ads, Google Tag ManagerUpdating and managing Swan Bay Resorts website (swanbayresort.com) - Experience with WordPress is required.Create print materials for Swan Bay AdvertisingHandle on-site event logistics such as registration, set-up, and break-down.Monitor/Collect feedback from guest/event participants and respond to and compile reports.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.Book live entertainment for on-site Bar.Create, promote and oversee Park Events including kids recRequired Skills and Qualifications3-5 years professional experience in marketing or event planningExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsCreativity and innovative thinkingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platformsPreferred Skills and QualificationsExperience with graphic design, web design, and video editingExperience with content marketing and lead generationWorking knowledge of Canva, Adobe & HubSpot or similar systems preferredFamiliarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools Benefits:        401 (k) matching        Dental/Vision        Employee Discount        Health Insurance        Paid Time Off
