  Job Description:

  The Role

  As a member on the team, you blend investment management and technical expertise with a passion for delivering results. You will lead projects from start to finish in an iterative development process while practicing pace over perfection. This role gives you the opportunity to partner with the SAI investment team to build and deliver impactful solutions to the business. You will contribute to build prototype & analytical solutions that will be used to ideate and improve on workflows or help with new product launches.

  The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  Bachelor's degree (or above) in a finance or quantitative related field such as Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math4+ years of experience developing data analytics tools and creating data visualizations (Tableau, Python/Dash, VBA, SQL, .NET, etc.)Experience in writing complex SQL with analytical functions to query and aggregate dataExperience performing ad hoc data analysis using SQL and/or PythonExperience designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic products and solutionsSuperior attention to detail and independent drive to analyze data sets and identify data anomalies and issuesKnowledge of the investment management industry and a passion to learn financial analytics and conceptsAbility to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders, including fundamental and quantitative researchers, technology partners, and senior managementPreferred experience with Python and PyDash, Pandas, SciPyPreferred experience working with Oracle & Snowflake databasesPreferred experience using software development process tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Artifactory)Experience using Bloomberg is a plus

  The SAI ETD team is part of Asset Management's Strategic Advisors Technology group that partners with the investment teams in Strategic Advisers on various projects including portfolio construction, risk management, and alpha research. We create high quality, robust, and efficient high-responsive solutions that are used to enhance Strategic Advisers productivity and decision-making processes.
