　　Work 14 Days a Month

　　3-day Weekends x 2 a month

　　Pay: $26.52/Hour

　　Your Role:

　　As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will keep us on track for our operation plans and look for ways to positively affect Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale. You will have the opportunity to:

　　Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives

　　Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment on production lines

　　Train and develop team members

　　Minimize reactive maintenance, unplanned downtime, and changeover downtime

　　High School Diploma or equivalent

　　3-5 years of experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues

　　Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, gearboxes, belts and pulleys, chains, and sprockets

　　Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime

　　Icing on the cake:

　　Experience in a manufacturing facility

　　Associates degree or another degree/certificate in a related field
