　　There is a current Senior Financial Analyst position open with one of Robert Half company partners. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will perform routine data-driven planning processes and improve upon monthly and quarterly reporting. This Senior Financial Analyst role will give you the opportunity to become an integral part of the team, which will allow strategic input to the senior leadership of the company. Interested candidates should have prior experience in manufacturing and engineering environments. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Direct weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting

　　Examine performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities

　　Trace monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources

　　Recognize and disclose internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

　　Cooperate closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans

　　Create and track forecasting reports

　　Provide assistance to Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process

　　Requirements

　　5+ years' experience with advanced financial analysis, planning and budget controls required

　　Outstanding presentation skills

　　Solid understanding of Project Costing

　　Budget forecasting experience required

　　Capable of simplifying complex problems and building solutions

　　Professionally trained in financial reporting tools

　　Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MBA preferred

　　Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering company is required
