　　Job Description:

　　The ice cream maker role comprises three core activities: crafting ice cream from scratch in small batches, 40 gallons at a time; churning ice cream in a batch freezer; and making our in-house ice cream mix-ins (cakes, cookies, etc). These activities require a high level of skill and attention to detail, as you're working with complex heavy machinery. Following Milk & Froth's proprietary recipes and production protocols requires an equally high attention to detail. In addition to these core activities, you may also be asked to keep track of inventory, make ice cream deliveries, and take shifts at the scoop shops.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist in the production of ice cream, including measuring and mixing ingredients, operating complex, heavy machinery, and monitoring the churning process.Ensure consistent quality and flavor of ice cream by strictly following recipes and production guidelines.Uphold high personal hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and food safety regulations.Learn to operate and maintain complex machinery, performing basic equipment troubleshooting as needed.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following the highest food safety and sanitation guidelines.Manage and coordinate inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.Package, label, and store finished ice cream products.Manage inventory and coordinate ice cream deliveries using a company vehicle.Work independently with minimal supervision while also being able to collaborate with team members as needed.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including punctuality and flexibility in scheduling.

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Previous experience in food production, baking, pastry, or a related field

　　Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

　　Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

　　Strong analytical and planning skills
