  Position Summary: Act as a finance business partner for plant and plant management team, while driving changes aiming for operational performance improvement. Responsible to provide insights, recommendations, and support for effective decision-making. Responsible to prepare, read, and explain deviations in financial reports, as well as comply with ZF and Divisional reporting standards. Lead digitalization/automation in finance, aiming for high level transparency. Interaction and close contact with plant operations is key for this position.

  What you can look forward to as a Senior Financial Analyst:

  Conduct detailed analysis of product quantities, pricing structures, and product mix to understand their individual and collective impact on financial performance.

  Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly forecast to Division.

  Maintain and follow up Investments within the organization. Responsible to drive the investments according to group strategy.

  Track cost-down measures. Responsible to maintain, evaluate, and explain the KPIs.

  Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for cost reduction or improvement.

  Spearhead digitalization initiatives within the finance function, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to automate and enhance financial processes.

  Create and communicate linkage between operations actions, FCM, OPV and reported financial results.

  Support managers understanding of spending and planning within their respective cost centers.

  Support the capital investment process through financial models validating financial return (MCE, MCF, FCM, OPV, NPV, ROI, etc.).

  Continuously improve the analytical and reporting tools used to support the business (PowerBI, BI, SAP Analysis, SAP BW, etc.).

  Your profile as a Senior Financial Analyst:

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  3 – 5+ years of financial or cost accounting experience.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  Working knowledge of SAP.

  Experience with Power Bi and automation apps/tools.

  Preferred Skills and Experience:

  Experience in production, quality, and logistics tasks.

  ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 awareness training.
