What you'll do The Senior Financial Analyst, under the direction of the Accounting Manager, will assist with maintaining the general ledger system, preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and performing reconciliations. The candidate must have the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and capable of examining and analyzing the data to seek out discrepancies. Demonstrates attention to detail, strong Microsoft Excel skills, solid communication ability and well developed technology skills. Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining the general ledger system Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining the general ledger system Hospital credentialing Prepare internal financial statements and month reporting package for accounting managers review for: Hospital Foundation FoxCare Fitness Consolidated Financial Statements What we need from you Education: 4 year/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Economics, required Experience: Experience preferred but willing to take new graduate. Skills: Computer Skills Communication Time Management Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Occasional: crouching, kneeling, lifting, pushing, reaching, standing, walking Frequent: talking Constant: typing/clerical/dexterity, hearing, repetitive motion, seeing/monitor/computer use Hazards: Occasional: bodily fluids/bloodborne exposure Total Rewards Bassett Healthcare Network’s commitment to our employees includes benefit programs carefully designed with the needs and values of all our employees in mind. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to: USD $10,000.00 Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. The above compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range by Bassett Healthcare Network, and its entities and affiliates, at the time of this posting or advertisement. Pay Range Minimum: USD $73,483.56/Yr. Pay Range Maximum: USD $110,225.34/Yr.
