  We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Senior Associate tojoin our Financial Services Tax team located in our Denver office.

  YOUR TEAM.

  As part of the Financial Services team, you'll work with some of thenation's leading private equity, hedge, and other alternative investmentfunds. You'll gain valuable knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem anduse it to deliver the comprehensive transaction, fund, and portfoliocompany audit, tax, and value creation solutions. As a result of theunique organizational structure of most private investment funds, you'llcollaborate with other CohnReznick industry and service line team members todeliver outstanding technical and client service. Located in almost everyfinancial center across the United States-New York, Connecticut,California, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Miami, and more--ourclients deploy billions of dollars of capital and expect situation-testedexpertise, industry knowledge, access to market intelligence and timelyrespons

  Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  The ideal candidate will have tax experience with 1065 & 1120YOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:

  Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferredCPA, JD or EA preferredMinimum 3-5 years tax experience in a public accounting firmFinancial Services Industry experience required (Hedge Fund and/orPr vate Equity)Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstratedability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsStrong tax research and writing skillsProven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word,PowerPoint, OutlookPreferred competence with tax compliance and research software to includeGoSystems, CCH Axcess, CCH, RIASolid project management and organizational skills with a demonstratedability to multi-task.After reviewing this job posting, are you hesitating to apply because youdon't meet every single requirement?   In Colorado, the salary range for a Tax Senior Associate is $75,000 to$105,000. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewardspackage, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid
