Description

　　Robert Half has partnered with a long-standing large manufacturing firm in North Denver in search of a Senior Financial Analyst. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of the company, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP& A), sales analysis, and participation in special projects.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Budgeting and Forecasting:

　　Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.

　　Conduct regular forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.

　　Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A):

　　Provide insightful analysis on financial performance and trends.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making.

　　Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

　　Work closely with the sales team to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.

　　Lead and contribute to various ad-hoc financial projects.

　　Provide financial expertise on strategic initiatives.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role in a mid to large size company.

　　Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools.

　　Preferred experience with Power BI, Hyperion, SQL, or similar systems.

　　Familiarity with mid to large size ERP systems is a must.

　　Skills and Attributes:

　　Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

　　Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

　　Strong organizational and time-management skills.
