As a key business partner, you will facilitate financial planning, offer knowledgeable insights, and provide decision support across our global businesses. You will help us think big, promote a balanced perspective rooted in data, champion meaningful performance metrics throughout the organization, and seek process improvements to efficiently scale our growth.This is a great opportunity to partner with leadership at a high-growth company with tremendous ambition.What You'll Do:Develop a deep understanding of Stanley's business plans, business models and key profit drivers and analyze actual, forecasted, and budgeted results to derive actionable insights.Facilitate the rolling financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes, including capital expenditures and tooling, and report on forecast accuracy metrics.Prepare monthly reporting packages and participate in leadership meetings to review financial and operating performance.Perform variance analysis on financial results on a monthly and quarterly basisIdentify opportunities to improve, scale, and simplify financial tools across the organization by automating models and reportingCreate and produce reports to perform a wide range of analytics the drive insights and actions to be used by the team.Ensure data integrity for all financial analysis through deep ownership and understanding of the numbers.Who You Are:Effective communicator in written word and oral delivery; adapt well to changing circumstances.Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a strong results orientation.Passionate about being part of a forward-thinking, high-energy team.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.4+ years of experience in a corporate finance role.Excel power user with proven history building sophisticated, driver-based financial models and complex reports.Proficient using PowerPoint to communicate financial information in concise, visually appealing ways.Oracle ERP, Essbase/SmartView, and data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, experience is a plus.Consumer products experience is a plus, as is experience working in a privately held or venture-backed company.Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
