ABM has several outstanding opportunities with our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a senior financial analyst with ABM you will drive profitability results for a $1B entity utilizing your financial and technical skills. You will have the opportunity to interact with all levels of management and be a part of a growing fortune 500 company.
Pay: $66,500.00-$105,000.00.

Summary:
Variance explanations for month end close and corporate reporting
Consolidation of regional financial entity reporting
Act as the point of contact for regional aging and report out to corporate
Develop the regional budgets and forecast in JDE/Workforce Management
Liaison with the field to identify and quantify forecast adjustments
Liaison with Shared Services Accounting support to identify and quantify variances
Assist regional vice presidents in development of action plans to correct variances and achieve financial goals
Participate in weekly/month end P&L review calls
Identify and understand forecast drivers for incorporation into region’s fiscal forecast Prepare materials (business plans, action plans, financial analysis) for quarterly ABM Aviation leadership business reviews
Strategic reporting and analysis in support of contract bid proposals
Proactive support for troubled accounts and action plans
Manage new/closed account requests, review billings payroll and accruals
Ensure field completes transfer of capital assets and required system updates
Requirements:
BBA in Finance, MBA CPA preferred
Strong analytical skills and a forward-looking mentality
3+ years of financial analysis and accounting experience, preferably in a service based publicly traded company
Authorized to work in the US
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to process accounting transactions, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations
Able to handle high volume business requirements in a fast-paced work environment
Must be efficient at learning financial systems (JDE/Workforce Management, Insight financial reporting tool, ePay payroll system,Anaplan)
Eager to learn new systems and identify and implement improvements to existing financial systems, reports and processes
Super user Excel and PowerPoint skills to build models and presentations in support of financial analysis and reporting projections
Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI strongly preferred
Manage new/closed account requests, review billings payroll and accruals
