Description

　　CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant SAP HR opening for our client in New Brunswick, NJ.

　　Location : New Brunswick, NJ

　　Duration : 11 months

　　Duties:

　　Provide subject matter expertise on GlobalView product capabilities, functions, and features during all phases of the project.

　　Facilitate discovery and design sessions with country SMEs to obtain key system and process information and document the system requirements.

　　Lead the payroll system solution design in partnership with other stakeholders to deliver a robust Business Blueprint requirement document.

　　Represent Payroll Product workstream in the implementation, serve as country point of contact for all implementation RAID logs pertaining to Payroll product.

　　Understand business problems, design solution options, facilitate and socialize options with the stakeholders to bring them to closure.

　　Analyze data points to bring meaningful insights that would assist in solution options.

　　Help develop a comprehensive project plan, tasks, due dates, and resource allocation.

　　Monitor parking lot items, and proactively engage stakeholders to clear the open items.

　　Deliver on project plan tasks, ensuring adherence to the plan, monitor and manage project risks, proactively seek mitigation.

　　Apply system and business knowledge to build robust catalog of country test scenarios, supervise the development of Test scripts, steps, expected results, and data mining guidelines.

　　Collaborate with the testing team to provide oversight and governance on completeness of product SDLC and traceability matrix.

　　Maintain solution design documents publish updates to these living documents.

　　Active participation in Project Management, deployment, and country implementation meetings

　　Work independently and engage into multiple implementations running concurrently.

　　Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
