　　A Day In The Life:

　　Operational Expense Management - Lead monthly re-forecasting process, budget preparation, accruals, general ledger coding, SG&A analysis, and weekly Finance updates. This will include preparation of the monthly re-forecast, development of sub-schedules, and present variance explanations during the re-forecast meetings. This will include key responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the financials for the department(s) to ensure accrual accuracy and general ledger coding.

　　Capital Expenditure Management – Collaborate with supported department(s) to understand capital requirements and manage capital spend. This will include preparation of annual budget, monthly re-forecasts, and Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) with supporting documents of key metrics. This individual will review ongoing and upcoming capital projects, present variance explanations and develop ad-hoc reports as needed to all levels of management.

　　Performance Improvement Contribution (PIC) – Identify, execute, and/or support PIC initiatives. Respond to the needs of the Company by identifying and realizing additional expense/capital saving practices.

　　Special Projects – complete special projects as given by CFO/CAO, Sr. Mgt., and Director-Business Supportto review current processes for accuracy and efficiency, determine ways to improve the process, train/educate field personnel on best practices and use of current technology within the Company.

　　You'll Come With:

　　4 year Accounting/Finance degree preferred

　　Minimum 3-5 years related Accounting/Finance – preference is 5+ years

　　Advanced Excel user, proficiency in computerized accounting applications
