Job Description

　　Design Engineering Group develops technologies and products that are key to Intel's success. We are looking for a strong candidate to join our team in Gdansk to own financial planning and analyses for one of the groups, which will involve, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

　　Perform close and forecast activitiesLead investment prioritization processPartner with the operations teams to ensure the group meets its targets and strategic goalsInfluence decision-making in the organization by providing financial modelling and options generation and evaluation

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　3+ years of related practical experienceAbility to work independently and deal with ambiguity to provide analyses and insightsDeal with ambiguity to provide analyses and insightInfluence across multiple stakeholder groups and executive levels of managementQuickly acquire and apply business and technical acumenOperationalize strategies, unpack key milestones and drive optimal investmentsFluent in EnglishBachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Prior experience/interest in the technology industryKnowledge of Power BI / Python / other finance toolsDegree/experience in engineering or operations

　　Working Model

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
