　　Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Field Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to provide project management expertise for regional design and construction projects .

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Provide remote Project Management oversight to regional design/construction projects.

　　Ability to work with a group of Project Managers in a team-oriented environment.

　　Communicate regularly with the client and provide project status updates.

　　Interface with the engineering design team to ensure all deliverables are on schedule and in accordance with Parsons quality standards.

　　Monitor project financial status to ensure funds are available to support the project.

　　Communicate with Parsons on-site representative and subcontractors during construction to ensure work is progressing as expected.

　　Promote a safety working environment by ensuring safety plans are adhered to in the field.

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field (or equivalent) and typically 12+ years’ related work experience is required with at least 5+ years in a lower-level managerial/leadership role at a field site.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

　　Enrollment in PM certification program is preferred, but not required.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

　　$100,400.00 - $175,700.00
