A power management company in the city of Torrance, CA is looking for a determined and experienced Assembler to join their growing team. Responsibilities

Certification in soldering and assembly according to IPC-610 Class 3 and J-Std-001 requirements.

Independently build complex electronic assemblies, terminal boards, printed circuit boards, and heat sinks.

Rework defective sub-assemblies, including Surface Mount and Through-hole assemblies.

Follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, special model sheets, and other input documents.

Utilize advanced soldering and de-soldering skills to produce high-quality products.

Operate measuring equipment, test equipment, and hand tools (such as air drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, presses, and other tooling fixtures) as needed.

Read and interpret drawings, bills of materials, and blueprints accurately.

Make minor procedural decisions in soldering, fitting, and other tasks within established workmanship standards.

Receive detailed instructions for new assignments and limited instructions for routine work.

Ensure drawings match the bill of materials.

Be part of facilitating ongoing continuous improvement in support of quality, productivity and growth objectives compatibility and safety of electrical systems.

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 35lbs

working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
