  As a Senior Executive Assistant, your superior organizational and computer skills, strong attention to detail and pleasant demeanor are essential contributors to the successful flow of information throughout the organization. This role functions as an Executive Administrative Assistant to C-Suite, Senior Vice President, or President level.

  STATUS: Full Time

  LOCATION: Riedman Campus

  DEPARTMENT: Primary Care Institute Operations

  SCHEDULE: Weekdays, 8am-4:30pm, flexibility required

  ATTRIBUTES

  Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Previous experience supporting vice president level or above required.Considerable experience in a front line visitor facing reception role required.Advanced computer and keyboard skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and internet research.Excellent written, verbal communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.RESPONSIBILITIES

  General Assistance. Act as an ambassador of the organization; serve as primary point of contact for assigned executives' departments; act as a gatekeeper to ensure calls and inquiries are routed to the appropriate subject matter expert; resolve routine issues that arise; research information to provide guidance to assigned executives on a broad range of issues and special projects; Plans, directs, and oversees administrative functions of the assigned executives' departments.Meeting Management. Proactively obtain information to prepare assigned executives for meetings; prepare meeting minutes, agendas and itineraries; provide calendars and meeting management to ensure appropriate prioritization, sequencing, preparation, follow-up and closure; prepare drafts of presentations, correspondences, contracts and formsProject Management. Works on special projects and confidential assignments as needed.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

  PAY RANGE: $27.40 - $37.00

  The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
