The Role: Senior Executive Assistant. (Hybrid Working)
The Team: The Executive & Operations Support team provides exceptional customer service to Market Intelligence Senior Leaders and stakeholders across the globe.
The Impact:
We are looking for a self-driven individual with great problem-solving and customer service skills for our Senior Executive Assistant role. Responsible for working within the S&P Global Market Intelligence (MI) Executive & Operations Support (EOS) organization, the Senior Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to senior MI leaders. You will manage schedules, travel arrangements, expenses and provide support for any office-related administration or coordination activities. In addition, you are likely to be involved in projects, division events and programs. The Assistant will coordinate resources, improve workflow processes, and maintain collaborative team environments to accomplish meeting all goals.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate complex calendars and schedules to ensure pro-active and effective time management and prioritisation of engagements.
Book complex international travel within policy, arrange visas and coordinate itineraries.
Plan and schedule meetings, town halls, offsites, webinars and providing supporting logistics including booking external venues, catering, meeting materials, webinar support etc.
Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders and departments to establish clear expectations and to ensure all deliverables are completed on time. Communicate status updates on a regular frequency as required.
Manage timely expense processing and ensure all system approvals are completed.
Managing specific project tasks as required.
Maintain accurate and relevant workflow procedures.
Working closely with other EAs, providing cover and other administrative duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior level executive support role.
Polished and composed professional with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at reprioritization and maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills and capacity to coordinate with various teams and individuals.
Ability and appetite to manage multiple tasks, events, and projects in a fast-paced environment, across multiple time zones.
Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive topics with discretion.
Excellent teamwork skills, particularly the ability to continually anticipate emerging issues, and to plan for success.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office is essential, as is confidence in using systems such as Concur, FCM and Zoom.
