Manages and coordinates complex executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Anticipates scheduling conflicts and proactively address potential issues to optimize executive time.
Facilitates effective communication between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Drafts and edits executive correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinates and organizes executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and logistical arrangements.
Ensures the seamless flow of information and follow-up on action items arising from meetings.
Handles confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
Provides project support to executive teams, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of executive initiatives.
Coordinates executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Prepares detailed itineraries and travel packs for executive trips.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Acts as a liaison between executive leadership and various departments within the organization
Supports Board Meetings and acts at the liaison to the Board
May supervise other EAs

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is required.
Five (5) plus years of experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
Proficient in office software and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Professional demeanor and the ability to represent executive leadership effectively.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Salary: $94,500 - $122,650
This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
