As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world class products. Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

　　Implement effective methodologies to ensure consistent high-quality parts are produced

　　Continuously seek for long term solutions for equipment issues to improve yield and output.

　　Raise the knowledge and skills of technicians to achieve high productivity.

　　Manage, install and commission new machines.

　　Organize and control spare part inventory and usage

　　Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment and tools according to schedules.

　　Work within tight department budget through careful usage of raw materials, utilities, machines and vendor services for the effective running of the equipment.

　　Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

　　Propose and Implement corrective and preventive solution on failure escapee.

　　Improve CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S requirement and cleanroom protocol.
