Description: Quality Engineer (Level 2)

　　This Quality Engineer Position supports F-35 Program Quality. The role includes:

　　- Root cause, corrective action, and closeout for Production escapes

　　- Data integrity

　　- Program level metrics and communications

　　- Customer Escapes Corrective Action Board (CAB)

　　- Production floor integration

　　- Coordinate command media updates

　　Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

　　A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

　　- Experience in performing root cause and corrective action.

　　- Customer interface experience.

　　Desired Skills:

　　- Able to effectively navigate complex product and process-related requirements to validate nonconformances and develop corrective actions in coordination with DCMA and Production colleagues

　　- F-35 product knowledge

　　- Project management

　　- Black Belt / Green Belt / White Belt / PDCA

　　- Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication, and presentations

　　Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
