We have a great opportunity, to become one of our Sensory Technician based in London.The candidate will join our dynamic, multicultural and flexible Global Sensory Team, supporting us in the daily testing activities (to respond clients’ briefs and innovation topics) and in the optimum functioning of the lab activities. Your key responsibilities:
• Manage and ensure the optimum working of sensory facilities (booths, labs, computers/software, databases etc.) and to organize and manage the purchase and supply of stock and materials needed for the sensory testing activities;• Ensure that Quality standards and Health and Safety best practices are followed, maintained and kept up to date by liaising regularly with the H&S Manager (identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards, document internal audits and other quality activities, assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements, work closely with other labs);• Be the point of contact with the external agencies involved with the recruitment and the management of the external panel;• Routinely organise activities necessary for the successful running of sensory testing, including preparation of test materials and practical execution of sensory tests;• Welcome, supervise and monitor external and internal sensory panellists using the facilities;• Maintain the sensory facilities, laboratories and stores in a clean and tidy state to facilitate the efficient management and flexibility of resources.

You bring:
• Good A levels or equivalent with a scientific background and minimum 3 year experience in a similar role, or administrative/laboratory technician role;• Good ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision;• Good communication skills, and confidence to give instructions to panellists;• Detail orientated and ability to work with a sense of urgency and as a teamplayer;• Confident at computer skills (Excel, Word & Power Point); • Professional English language.
