Strategy - Develop and implement data strategies, framework, and roadmaps to support the organization's objectives and vision (long term end game and 24 months pipeline) partnering with Digital Technology Services, Data & Analytics, MarketingFuture-Back Thinking - Disruptive and out-of-the-box approach on data management, infrastructure, and way of working to make the Enterprise proactively ready to the next-gen insight generation.Data source - Evaluate the digital data available. Oversee the creation and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, processing frameworks, and tools.Data sharing, Privacy & Governance - Establish and maintain data sharing, governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across the SystemCapabilities - Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence across the organization.Partnerships - Explore and develop a new of way of working to leverage 3rd party data partnerships to enrich and deepen our data for bulls-eye insight generation.Execute - Execute, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies and initiatives, refining them as necessary to align with changing business needs.Insight creation - Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with global functions to run global pilots in Eurasia and Middle East, generate best practice use cases and be nominated as the best OU unleashing the power of data.Act as the Business Owner of the (to-be) created System Intelligence Center where consumer and customers data meet and generate the next best action either for consumers, customers, and partners.
Scope:
Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit: 25 markets, more than 3 bottlers, including 1 of the Top 10 bottlers worldwide.
Experience REQUIREMENTS
15+ years of data strategy (consumer and enterprise) experience with proven success recordsProven experience of thought leadership for Advanced Analytics teamsKnows how to blend 1st Party Data and legacy data panels (Nielsen, Ipsos HHP, etc.) to unleash the power of data.Understands how existing and future technologies may leverage data use cases.Strategic thinking, ability to articulate and build shared vision.Proven ability to create use cases for business metrics as well as media productivity.Skills to collaborate and align with a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally.Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.Bachelor's degree in data or business-related field required, MBA preferred.Entrepreneur mindset
