Overview:

　　Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Senior Digital Specialist at the corporate headquarters in Hanover, MD.

　　Job Summary:

　　The Senior Digital Specialist will create, launch, and optimize lifecycle, batch and dynamic triggered emails / SMS texting (automated programs) for Aerotek's job seeker, contractor and client audiences. This individual will be responsible for reporting and identifying email objectives as well as staying on top of email marketing trends. The Senior Digital Specialist will leverage customer data and insights to develop personalized segmented campaigns to increase engagement and drive business results. This role will partner closely with other members of the Marketing team as well as cross-functional stakeholders and technical partners. The ideal candidate will be well versed in email marketing and best practices and be motivated to help Aerotek grow this area of our marketing mix.

　　Qualifications:

　　· Day to day management of email campaigns including list building, template setup, editing, testing, deployment and reporting

　　· Manage email workflow and deployment schedules; work with multiple stakeholders for input on prioritization

　　· Build email testing roadmap and drive test execution to support continuous improvement in campaigns

　　· Report on KPI's to key stakeholders and provides recommendations for optimization

　　· Stay current with industry best practices and competitors' programs

　　· Implement quality assurance checkpoints into email campaigns

　　· Help identify and develop new email opportunities to increase engagement and traffic

　　· Create, maintain and circulate an email deployment calendar

　　· Uphold Brand standards through close coordination and approval from Design and Content teams

　　· Work with stakeholders through all rounds of proofing, changes and final deployment

　　· Ensure campaigns render properly in various email clients on both mobile and desktop

　　· Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability issues

　　Education/Abilities/Skills:

　　· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent business experience

　　· 3+ years email marketing and web analytics experience

　　· Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

　　· Hands on experience with HTML

　　· Strong collaboration and communication with peers, cross-functional teams, and agency resources

　　· Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion

　　· Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

　　· Exhibit a growth mindset and can-do attitude

　　· Proficiency in marketing automation technology like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot

　　· Experience with email reputation tools like ReturnPath
