　　Engineer software code, ETL code, or develop web applications solutions by using application development tools.Analyze, design, develop, and implement software projects on the ServiceNow platformLead project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members, and ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, security policiesIntroduce technical innovation and advancement by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Partner with key stakeholders and team members to ensure that implementations are conducted following an Agile approach and align with industry best practices.Collect, analyze, and fully explore and understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and deliver enhancements on the ServiceNow roadmapDetermine and lead the design of system specifications, standards, and programmingLead efforts to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutionsDocument and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on complex issuesImprove operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes, and formulating alternative solutions in policies and procedures.

　　What you'll need (Required):

　　Bachelor's Degree in related field + 5 years of previous experience in IT demonstrating solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations. Experience and training in the specific technologies that will be used for development.
