　　Our design team in Budapest consists of 30 designers and researchers committed to helping each other do great work. We work in a hybrid environment, that is, you will be expected to spend 2-3 days per week in our Budapest office to collaborate with local teammates, learn from each other, and be part of an engaged design community.

　　Lead a team of UX and UI designers, focusing on the development of user-centric cloud solutions.

　　Champion design thinking and human-centered design principles across our cloud offerings.

　　Craft and execute a UX strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs.

　　Utilize user research to guide design decisions, ensuring our cloud products are intuitive and efficient.

　　Oversee the design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring high standards of aesthetics and functionality.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management, to deliver holistic cloud solutions.

　　Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of design projects.

　　Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　What you will bring to the team:

　　Proven experience as a UX Design Manager, particularly in the cloud or technology sector.

　　Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design and a deep understanding of UX principles.

　　Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

　　Excellent communication, team, and people management skills.

　　Strategic thinker with the ability to align design efforts with business goals.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:

　　Experience in B2B cloud services design.

　　Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design prints.

　　Knowledge of current cloud computing trends and technologies.
