　　We’re looking for a Senior Demand Planning Specialist in HQ office in Istanbul. The role reports to Demand Planning Manager.

　　What you will be doing?

　　The role will be responsible of leading 18 months rolling demand planning process in a way to provide by SKU forecast accuracy in line with targets.

　　Responsible for making the analysis and coordination to manage the auto forecasting and stock replenishment tool. Selecting and setting right demand planning algorithms, weekly demand updates and working closely with relevant parties (Sales, Marketing, Strategic Sales Planning, Other Supply Chain functions)

　　i) to provide the base business data, promo and activity planning;

　　ii) improve the overall process.

　　The main responsibilities are;

　　Taking an active role in the developments within the scope of the auto forecasting and replenishment tool. And also supporting, coordinating related special projects.

　　Analyzing latest sales trends and market condition’s impact on demand & preparing weekly sales forecasts

　　Leading the continuous improvement of S&OP processes and forecast accuracy via making root cause analysis and action planning

　　Coordinating the communication flow btw different parties to avoid supply constraint vs. demand forecast

　　Leading S&OP vs budget comparison to identify the potential differences (risks /opportunities) with key parties

　　Leading the data crunching & project CPS tracking and all executional processes of the new S&OP project

　　Preparing daily & weekly S&OP and service level relevant reports to be shared within the organization

　　Coordinating sales allocations with Strategic Sales Planning department during supply constraints and/or special conditions

　　Managing quarterly return analysis

　　What we are looking for

　　Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, statistics or other relevant fields preferred.

　　Minimum of 5-year-experience preferably in a demand planning/S&OP role in FMCG.

　　Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

　　Experience with an ERP, SAP APO or other inventory management system.

　　Strong planning skills with proactive approach

　　Proven demonstration of strong communication skills in multi-functional organizations
