What you will do:
Assist and lead discussions with key stakeholders to ensure that key business questions and problems are well defined and understood.Assist or lead the design, development and delivery of data sets/solutions to help meet business objectives.Understand business objectives for data analytics and ensure adherence to established business and data policies.Analyze large volumes of data to facilitate the communication of insights and findings to key compliance stakeholders and business partners.Recommend holistic solutions that integrate with existing data and technical solutions.Execute on data analysis and reporting needs on periodic and ad-hoc basis to provide timely trends and insights to key stakeholders and business.Create tools evaluate reporting/analysis usage to help identify and drive future enhancements.Partner with data custodians and process experts to ensure quality of data and definitions to support building reliable data models and analysis.Lead culture of continuous improvement by enhancing existing databases, data collection methods, statistical methods, technology, procedures and training.Maintain awareness of industry best practices and pursues professional development opportunities through internal/external trainings and research and shares knowledge with team members.Develop strong relationships with relevant members of the Information Technology (IT) department to leverage expertise and foster collaboration.Act as a role model to the department and organization through performance, integrity and team approach.Possess strong communication and presentations skills, particularly in communicating and visualizing quantitative findings in a compelling and actionable manner for management.Possess and practically apply broad and advanced knowledge, skills, abilities, and understanding of disciplines within business application.Demonstrate well-developed ability to anticipate impact and to proactively take initiative beyond direct responsibilities.Ensure High volume or complex work is completed in a timely and thorough manner with minimal rework.Demonstrate developing managerial/influence skills
What you will need:
4 or more years of relevant experience in Common data programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, DAX) and Azure tools (e.g., Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, Analysis Services) is required.Undergraduate Degree required. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other relevant engineering/technical field preferred.Proficient in business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)Experience with data transformation and cleansing, data modeling and database conceptsWell-developed ability to show discretion and maintain confidentiality.Self-managed and motivated
