　　Job Role:

　　You will lead the development of innovative data-driven software solutions to help our clients overcome their science and engineering challenges. You will work predominantly with consumer products clients. Our work in the consumer product sector varies, from modeling experiment outcomes, shelf life modeling, to optimizing manufacturing processes.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Projects can span a range of activities, and we are looking for you to bring the following to the role:

　　Engage with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities and develop creative and innovative approaches.Apply a broad array of capabilities spanning machine learning, statistics, mathematics, modelling, simulation, text-mining, natural language processing (NLP), data mining, pathway/network analysis.Support new software development tools and applications as required for project delivery.Lead and mentor analytics teams!

　　Required Skills:

　　5+ years professional experience as a Data Scientist from Consumer Goods industry!An understanding of how complex data is interpreted using a variety of analytical, statistical or machine learning techniques.Exposure to computational modeling, algorithm development or software engineering in languages such as Python, R, Matlab, C# or C++.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues from all backgrounds.The desire and ability to lead, inspire and develop junior data scientists and software engineers.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

　　Good To Have:

　　Project management and/or business analysis experience or qualifications.Any experience in software engineering with an analytics or data driven focus.
