Your day to day will include, but is not limited to the below: Weekly meetings with customers to help find our what needs to be completed by the production team. Order products based off customer need and feedback. Monitor daily workload by working with our Product Manager Research problems and questions related to scheduling with timely resolutions. Work closely with our Buyers to achieve desired outputs. Requirements: 3+ years of Customer Service Experience required 1+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination a plus Proficiency in data entry and analysis in Microsoft Office and various ERP systems. High school diploma or equivalent required.
