Provides leadership and mentoring to other credit analysts in Credit Organization to drive towards being Best in Class.

　　Drives generation and implementation of Process Improvements in the Credit Function.

　　Creates and keeps updated the Credit Desktop Procedures and aligns them with other Credit Organizations Globally.

　　Perform complex credit analysis on key/global accounts to ensure business risk is minimized.

　　Provide guidance to Sales teams on credit processes and procedures and aid them with having credit related discussions with customers.

　　Proactively reviewing customer accounts and credit history and identifying potential collections risks.

　　Partner with Regional Manager to provide recommendations on Credit limits for customers.

　　Help drive implementation of automated Credit Tools.

　　Provide guidance to Collectors on driving more efficient collections by using credit knowledge of customers.

　　Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

　　Performs other duties as directed.

　　Higher Secondary Education plus generally four years directly related work experience.

　　Detailed knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures and processes.

　　Ability to read and analyze financial statements.

　　Ability to read and analyze credit reports.
