They leverage the internet and othercreative resources to identify potential candidates and engage themthrough cold calling and other outreach methods. Working closely withhiring managers, the Senior Corporate Recruiter defines recruitmentrequirements and develops a targeted strategy to attract and secureexceptional individuals for the organization. They play a pivotal rolein driving hiring decisions, directing team members, and negotiatingoffers, making them an essential asset to the organization\'s growth andsuccess. Lead full-life cycle recruiting for assigned group, developingrelationships with multiple hiring leaders at our multiple locations andact as the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisitionneeds. Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews for candidatesincluding coordination with interview teams, company resources, andtravel department. Actively participate and network with associations,social networks, and sales/marketing groups to build a network ofcandidates on an on-going basis.
