　　Details about this exciting opportunity:

　　Full Time (40 hours/week) Employment Specialist position available in Westchester County

　　Salary Range: $35,000-$40,000/year

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Completing the discovery process

　　Assisting individuals through the process of job development, employment acquisition, and job coaching at work sites

　　Responsible for the completion of documentation and billing in compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policy

　　Provide a person-centered approach to customized employment.

　　If you have the following:

　　Qualifications:

　　The ideal candidate will have some college experience. A Bachelor’s degree in human services field with a minimum of one-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.And Attributes:

　　A valid NYS driver’s license is required to be able to travel within the community.

　　Job Development and Job Coaching experience is preferred.

　　Excellent interpersonal and group process skills

　　Ability to be accurate, conscientious and flexible with attention to detail
