　　The Energy Transformation Manager, has overall responsibility to develop the Renewable Energy Sector and establish customer relationships to allow for the sales of existing and future portfolios of ContiTech. He or she will develop and track the APAC Regional business strategy in close collaboration with management to set the future direction of the Energy Management Vertical growth field.

　　The Energy Transformation Manager will take a holistic approach with all product lines offered by ContiTech and foster a cross-BA cooperation for present and future business with the target customers. This position will also require a close connection to Product Development to assure new product lines are created to support the Energy Transformation. The position will also work closely with BA IAPAC Business Devleopment team and IEMEA and IAM Transformation Managers to have global alignment in strategy. This role will also require involvement and due dilligence in the M&A process.

　　Bachelor Degree or relevant experience in lieu of Degree.

　　8 years experience in Oil & Gas related industries and >2 years in renewable energy / sustainability function.

　　Lead and manage complex, international and crossfunctional projects. Qualification in Project Management advantageous
