As a Senior Contracts Representative, you will report directly to the Regional Assistant General Counsel and play a pivotal role in our business unit's contractual processes. You will be responsible for leading negotiations, ensuring compliance, and driving successful outcomes for complex commercial agreements.

• Reduces inefficienciesYOU MUST HAVE
• JD with at least 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating major commercial contracts in a multi-national corporation or law firm
OR
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10+ years of experience drafting and negotiating major commercial contracts in a multi-national corporation.
WE VALUE
• Experience in structuring, drafted and negotiating software, hardware and technology agreements; EPC experience is valuable
• Integrity and strong focus on compliance
• Claim management and dispute resolution experience is highly advantageous
