Job Overview:The APC Retail Manager has clinical and management responsibility for assigned clinics. Responsible for the overall operations in the clinic(s) with the priorities of developing and coaching providers and support staff for career growth and high performance, supervising colleagues to ensure quality care and patient experience metrics are achieved, and driving financial results and profitability. Focuses on assessing educational/training needs and practice development while committing to work in the clinics regularly as a staff Provider. Works with clinic Regional Manager to drive pillar performanceJob Requirements:Master's Degree in NursingRegistered Nurse, APRN or PA2-3 years experience Professional NursingJob Responsibilities:Analyzes the patient volume and scheduling needs to determine appropriate staffing levels. Partners with Regional Manager in directing Talent Acquisition on postings and clinic equirements (i.e. schedule requirements, hour requirements, clinic pairing, eIdentifies clinical competency gaps with providers and identify the training needed to bridge competency gap by working with the Regional Manager to create a developmental plan. Monitors compliance reporting to ensure that direct reports meet compliance gCoaches and develops team members and providers in two to three clinices (approximately 6-8 direct reports). Creates and delivers action plan for improvements. Offers guidance on setting goals, approves provider and support staff goals, and monitors goalPartners with the Regional Manager to inform them of clinic updates, develops action plans to drive patient volume and clinic metrics. Participates in all required calls and meetings.B76Monitors rotational calls and meetings, and staffing related to clinic volume.
