　　What you'll do

　　You will report to the Senior Manager of Consulting and be responsible forassisting clients with understanding and optimizing CSG's product andsolution functionalityProvide consulting service for-fee to clients who need to address strategicbusiness issues by identifying and enhance product functionality, systems,technology, and operationsParticipate in project consulting teamIdentify issues and assist to provide possible solutionsManage scope, internal/customer resources, deliverable, and timelinesParticipate in requirements gathering sessions performing gap analysis,system review, and data analysisProvide billing details for invoicing of assigned projectsAssist on large-scale long-term projectsDevelop, coordinate internal resources and track/verify implementation effortsManage indirect reports externally and internallyFormulate team structure, develops project strategy, and resourcemanagement throughout projectWork with internal departments to generate sales leadsTravel to customer sites up to 50%Ability to work independently while maintaining a team relationship

　　Bachelor's degree or a related field, or equivalent experienceProficiency in English in a business environment4+ years of consulting experience in the B2B software technology orhigh-tech industry2 years of Vantage experienceExperience with CRM, Billing, Order Management definition,configuration, implementation, or upgrade projectsBroad knowledge of operational end-to-end solutionsExcellent project management skills and client interfacingExperience with ACP, ACSR, and CCS Configuration

　　This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for thisposition. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limitedto geographical location and experience.$86,433.83-$138,294.13
