Description:
MAJOR PURPOSE:
Develops training curriculum and performance improvement materials onmore complex products, processes, or systems through contributions andparticipation in a systematic development process. Collects andorganizes content from various stakeholders by collaborating with intra-and inter-departmental stakeholders. Facilitates the handoff processfrom development to delivery. Operates independently or as part of ateam from the initiation through the completion of a project. May serveas a mentor/coach for less experienced employees of similar positions.

Specific Position Requirements

1. Strong candidates will have an Agriculture/Automotive/Marketing orTraining Development background
2. Strong candidates will have experience with Articulate/videocreation/creative projects and editing but will be trained
3. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage meetings withsubject matter experts, meet deadlines, and understand a variety ofproducts and systems.
Additional Skills:
Education - Degree in Marketing/Communications/Training/Businesspreferred but not required
Equivalent experience can substitute for Education/Degree
Position available to recent college graduates
May be required to present training to a larger audience about 15% ofthe time
Capacity to work with different topics and teams, understanding theirspecific needs and adapting communication styles accordingly
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Project management/Create Training Content Ability to successfullymanage and execute multiple projects assigned at once, while meetingdeadlines
Collect, edit, and produce training media inclusive of video, audio, andstill photography (as needs arise)
Develop, review, and publish training content for multiple projects
Work with outside vendors as needed for projects to be completed
Review supplied reports and data analyze training reports, NPS scores,training feedback comments, and summary reports of projects to improveas suggested
Manages storage locations for files, videos, and content to be able toshare and make accessible for others
Presentations present project details/content/timelines to Clientstakeholders
Training content delivery From time to time may be required to serve asan instructor to deliver training content to Dealer and Client employees
Ensure clear communication is in place with manager for all content andclasses, leaving nothing unknown to the manager and key stakeholders
May receive work direction from other stakeholders within the trainingorganization for special projects
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate thoseopportunities, along with recommendations, to parts training developmentprocess owner(s)
Up to 15% travel to dealerships/events for photo/video opportunities
