Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling internal communications.
Drive initiatives to strengthen the company culture and boost employee morale.
Plan and execute engaging events, fostering a sense of community and connection.
Measure and analyse the impact of communication and engagement initiatives.
The Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in internal communication and employee engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to implement innovative engagement programs.
All inclusive project management skills and attention to detail.
