We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer - Water/Wastewater to join our team and grow our presence in Indiana.  Position can be located out of our Fort Wayne or Indianapolis offices. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing and managing projects including studies and design of wastewater and water utilities and treatment systems. This position also entails the development and management of asset management plans. Responsibilities: * Develop and grow our water/wastewater business opportunities. * Project management and engineering of water and wastewater projects including studies, preliminary and final design, permitting, and construction oversight. * Develop the scope of work involved with projects and plan, conduct, supervise the project team. * Prepare, monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules. * Develop and maintain existing client relationships. * Establish contract work backlog to support office staff along with own position. * Mentor younger staff engineers and technicians. * Other projects as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required. * A PE registration in Indiana is required. * 15+ years of related experience is desired. * Experience with the study, planning, design and project management of water and wastewater treatment projects. * Proven experience in client management, preparing and meeting budgets and schedules. * Experience in funding agency coordination and project permitting. * Proven track record of preparing and meeting budgets/schedules. * Proven experience with relationship development and proposal preparation. * Familiarity with Municipal, Township and County government practices and regulations. * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
