Brivo is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to enhance our data architecture, develop, deploy, and maintain BI solutions to ensure our data is taken into actionable insights that support our business objectives.

　　For this role, we are seeking candidates that are located within the EST and CST time zones and that are open to traveling to our Bethesda, MD office 1-2 times a quarter (every three months).

　　In this role you are expected to:

　　Improve existing solutions and develop the next generation data architecture to improve scale, quality, timeliness, coverage, monitoring and security.

　　Build and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Domo's capabilities, catering to various business units and user needs

　　Provide Business Intelligence technical support and troubleshooting for business users

　　Collaborate with data engineering and data warehouse teams on data management standards, data acquisition, data modeling, and performance tuning

　　Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency

　　Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery

　　Support development of Data Dictionaries and Data Taxonomy for product solutions

　　Monitor data processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain smooth data operations within Domo

　　Stay updated with Domo's latest features, best practices, and industry trends to continually enhance our BI solutions

　　About the Team

　　The Business Intelligence team drives strategies and technologies to analyze business information, transforming it into actionable insights for strategic and tactical decisions. Daily tasks include data discovery, validation, and system connectivity. We seek strategic thinkers with strong analytical skills to support our business goals.

　　About You

　　Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

　　5+ years of experience with data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, and data architecture

　　Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker

　　Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills

　　Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of system applications

　　Knowledge and experience of working with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Snowflake

　　Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS

　　Experience mentoring team members on best practices and working in a startup environment
