We are looking to hire Brand Marketers for the Sunsilk - Brand Building role based in Mumbai HO
Job Requirements:
Some of the job requirements are Consumer and Customer understanding, and performance tracking. Channel especially E-Ecomm, Modern Trade understanding, network management, ability to analyze and make plans to completion, liaising with finance, supply chain, branches, and all other support functions, independent thinking & owners' mindset on the portfolio.
Here is what your day at Unilever would look like: Focus on the 3Ps of Marketing - Price, Place, PromotionStrong Network Management: Being able to independently run pack networks, in collaboration with R&D, SUIT, Factory, SC, and finance to make sure that the new packs land OTIF and stock availability.Portfolio Management: Work with respective CM partners for GT, MT & E-Comm to create and execute effective plans for overall portfolio management.Performance tracking: Track and report the performance of the overall portfolio - sales data, stock reports, penetration, market share, and brand health.Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of regional markets, competition, and consumers to plan and execute deployment.Media: Work with media teams and other stakeholders to deploy effective communication for Sunsilk across traditional and new-age media platforms. Manage digital, influencer, and social media presence of the brand, in coordination with agencies.Key Skills: Master's degree in marketing or business Administration OR Equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Understands customers and shoppers. Has experience in the development and launch of consumer and shopper-relevant innovations and relaunches.Monitors progress & takes action.
