*PAY RATE: *$18/hour - This is a grant-funded position with current funding for 1 year and anticipated on-going funding.
*SCHEDULE: *Varied schedule, mostly weekdays with occasional nights and weekends. Required attendance at Lehi Cares Community Board meeting every third Tuesday of the month.

Job duties include:
Coordinating and communicating with volunteers, local officials, school district leaders and other community leadersAssisting with organizing, carrying out and evaluating the CTC process to facilitate the coalition reaching its goalsAssisting with setting up, participating in and leading coalition meetings/eventsManaging coalition social media accountsBilling for monthly grant reimbursementsResearching, writing, and managing grants for prevention fundingCoordinating orders for promotional items, catering, printing, etc.Collaborating with County and State Prevention teams for training and utilization of resourcesSupporting additional prevention activities as needs arise
TECHNICAL - Knowledge of program development, administration, and oversight; knowledge of finance administration including grant writing, acquisition, and management; knowledge of community risk factors, and prevention and supervision mechanisms; knowledge in youth social studies; general knowledge of office administrative procedures.
COMMUNICATION - Ability to effectively speak in public. Ability to communicate positively, and effectively in oral, written, and graphic form.
INTERPERSONAL - Must demonstrate positive, outgoing, and energetic demeanor. Considerable ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships. Must possess the ability to establish strong and cooperative working relationships with the public, partners, and program participants.
ADMINISTRATIVE - Possess the ability to organize and prepare work under general guidance and direction; ability to work under pressure caused by scheduling and conflicting agendas; considerable ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships; ability to portray a positive demeanor. Ability to plan, organize, and carry out duties assigned.
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT - Primarily performs duties in an office environment with a normal atmosphere to provide physical comfort. Must be able participate in programs as necessary to effectively supervise and oversee all related activities. Duties involve repetitive motions associated with routine data input, sitting in one workstation for long periods of time, and regular public contacts including potentially uncomfortable or confrontational situations. Duties will include some evening work. Occasional travel required.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Communications, Education, Public Relations, Social Services, or another related field AND sufficient experience to demonstrate ability to develop and oversee all aspects of CTC program AND demonstrated competency and responsibility in technical aspects of budget administration, public relations, risk analysis, and statis ical reporting OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree related to the above duties; experience working with youth and family development; experience administering various youth or family programs with a high degree of community involvement; working knowledge of various youth organizations and their interaction with the community.
