　　Job Summary:Implement, manage and maintain underlying systems that support storage solutions, email system, server virtualization technologies, and networking systems.Provide leadership in the integration of cloud technologies and its role in an ever-evolving, complex technological ecosystem. Provide guidance and support for team members in the use of new technologies.Develop, maintain and monitor backup solutions to protect data stored on network based storage solutions and individual servers .Develop strategies for monitoring storage utilization and backup activities.Work closely with Database Admin, Unix Admin and Analysts to maintain high availability of computer systems.

　　Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Three years of experience working with storage systems or file back-up systems. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; able to deal effectively with both management and staff levels.
