　　KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Internal Change & Executive Communication to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and execute internal and change communications, and social media content, that support the firm's cross-functional business objectives

　　Create and manage strategic plans and content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, intranet, and social media

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging

　　Manage executive visibility on social media platforms

　　Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners

　　Monitor and analyze social media and internal metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications strategies

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum five years of recent experience in corporate communications, change management, and/or social media management

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in communications, marketing, or related field

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

　　Experience working with executives and managing their social media presence

　　Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools
