　　The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

　　GFS (Global Financial Services) Accounts Payable is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Senior Assistant for Tier 2 Customer Support. This individual will be expected to research and resolve support tickets to ensure the team meets its SLA targets, assist with various testing initiatives, as well as other assignments as needed. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for the JDE/IOL/World AP systems and will conduct all testing activities assigned for these systems.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Research and resolve complex customer support tickets with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

　　Primary focus will be that of tickets associated with the JDE systems, however, will also be expected to also resolve tickets in the SAP system.

　　Provides support in testing new/updates functionality within the JDE and SAP AP financial systems.

　　Will serve as back up Tier 2 support for customers requiring communication (both written and verbal) in the Spanish language.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of the JDE/IOL System functionality

　　Experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices, and procedures.

　　Ability to adapt to changes with positive outlook and suggest improvements.

　　Ability to work well under pressure and under strict guidelines.

　　Excellent organizational skills, unrelenting attention to detail, resourceful, and a strong work ethic

　　Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

　　Ability to think critically by applying problem solving practices, using technology and other resources appropriately.

　　Proven customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

　　Bilingual English/Spanish both verbal and written.

　　Experience with SAP

　　Education:

　　Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
