Your Role
The primary responsibility of an IT SecOps Asset Analyst is to work collaboratively with other IT team members to maintain digital security, application availability, and asset awareness. Primary responsibility is to provide proactive monitoring and reporting for intruder detection, alien asset detection, and information gathering for external and internal audit queries. General responsibilities include system engineering, administration, troubleshooting, and an understanding of how systems architecture supports application availability.
Your Responsibilities
Professional experience >5 year and at least 2 year in a similar role.
Experience with asset inventory. Lansweeper preferred
Experience with a virtualized server Linux RHEL /Windows environment utilizing VMWare.
Experience with scripting in any of the following – SQL, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, python.
Administrative experience with network routers and switches (Cisco, NVidia)
Strong grasp of networking, security, and system administration concepts in an enterprise environment.
Affinity with ITSM process
Strong analytical and communication skills
Your Skills and Experiences
Insure accuracy of asset information in Lansweeper utilizing automation, scripts, and audits.
Ensure alignment with other IT Security and other IT teams.
Monitor threat intelligence feeds and reports to actively hunt for potential threats.
Coordinate the integration / operational use of asset management information with Security processes.
Ability to write technical specifications, processes, procedures, and other documentation.
Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues.
Ability to work primarily in a team collaborative environment or independently as needed.
May provide training, mentoring to level 1 /level 2 staff as needed.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
